iOSのコントラスト判定によって壁紙が暗くなる場合は、背景が暗くなった分ドックも暗くなります。カラフルドックは黒い背景だと必ず暗くなるため、ドックの色を強めに作っています。
iPhone Xの画面を縁どるXの壁紙 カラードックでは、画面下のラインの影響を計算して調色しています。同シリーズの他の壁紙よりもかなり強めの色を使っているため、それに合わせてフレームも少し太くしました（どのみち暗くなります）。カラフルドックには中間の色が入りますから、控えめにするとグレーに近くなってしまいます。

If the wallpaper becomes darker due to iOS contrast judgment, Dock will also become dark like the background. Colorful Dock makes it darker when it is a black background, so I make Dock's color stronger.

Because it uses a considerably stronger color than the other wallpapers of the same series, it made the frame a bit thicker accordingly (it gets dark anyway).
