The elements of the three primary colors are regularly arranged on the LCD or OLED screen. When a periodic pattern with a scale close to the array of elements is moved, stripes called moire are generated. When this light and dark unevenness moves, the wallpaper will blink.The wallpaper moved with the Parallax Effect returns to the center, somewhat when the movement stops. For that reason it moves for several seconds even if you put the iPhone.
