動く仕組み
液晶または有機ELの画面には三原色の素子が規則的に並んでいます。素子の配列に近いスケールの周期的なパターンを動かすとモアレと呼ばれる縞が発生します。この明暗のむらが動くと壁紙の点滅となります。視差効果でずれた壁紙は動きが止まるとある程度中心に戻るため、iPhoneを置いても数秒動きます。

Why it works
The elements of the three primary colors are regularly arranged on the LCD or OLED screen. When a periodic pattern with a scale close to the array of elements is moved, stripes called moire are generated. When this light and dark unevenness moves, the wallpaper will blink.The wallpaper moved with the Parallax Effect returns to the center, somewhat when the movement stops. For that reason it moves for several seconds even if you put the iPhone.​
