- 画像形式をWebPにして軽量化を図りました。iOS 14以降で表示できます。
- ダウンロードに時間がかかった場合、読み込み終了前に画像を保存すると描写が壊れることがあります。読み込みが完了するまで待ってください。
- 視差効果は何かの拍子に固まることがあります。アプリを開いて閉じるか一度ロックして解除すると直ります。稀に再起動が必要なこともあるようです。

視差効果をオンにして壁紙を設定すると、iPhoneの傾きによって背景が動きます。
このときピクセル単位では描写できる部分とできない部分が生じます。通常の画像ではスクリーンショットをピクセルが見えるまで拡大してようやく判別できる程度で、肉眼で確認することはできません。しかし1〜3ピクセル周期の明暗差のあるパターンが並んでいると広範囲で明るさが変化して明滅することになります。
壁紙は動きが止まるとある程度中心に戻るため、iPhoneを置いても数秒間動きます。
この未来回路の壁紙では4.7インチから6.7インチ共通で使える（新シリーズでは4インチ画面のサポートは外しました）、大小のドットとスペースから成る新しいパターンを作りました。ドットの50%を交互に半透明にして、最低限の明滅を確保しつつ明滅を半分にしています。四六時中明滅するのではなく、普通に使っているとたまに電流が走るように瞬きます。明滅のしやすさは画面サイズによって異なります。
高い解像度と複雑な構造が必要なトリックのためファイルサイズは大きくなります。高画質で圧縮可能なWebPフォーマットにすることで軽量化を図っていますが、今回使用した面積の半分で明滅を弱めるパターンは容量を極端に大きくするため1枚あたりおよそ2MBあります。それでも、従来どおりPNGで作っていれば10MBを大幅に超えるデザインです。WebPはiOS 14以降で表示できます。

When you set the wallpaper with Perspective Zoom turned On, the background will move depending on the tilt of the iPhone.
In this case, there are some areas that can be depicted in pixels and some that cannot. In a normal image, you can barely distinguish them by zooming in on the screenshot until you can see the pixels, and you can't see them with the naked eye. However, if there is a line of light and dark patterns with a 1-3 pixel cycle, the brightness will change and flicker over a wide area.
The wallpaper returns to the center to some extent when it stops moving, so it will move for a few seconds after you put your iPhone down.
For this Future Circuit, I created a new pattern consisting of large and small dots and spaces that can be used across 4.7" to 6.7" screens (I removed support for 4" screens in the new series). By making the dots 50% semi-transparent alternately, it is halved while ensuring the necessary flickering. It does not flicker all the time. It blinks like an electric current sometimes when in normal use. The frequency of flickering depends on the screen size.
This is a trick that requires high resolution, and a complex structure, so the file size is large. I tried to reduce the weight of the file by using high quality and compressible WebP format, but the pattern I use this time, which weakens the flickering in half the area, is extremely large, about 2 MB per image. Even so, the design is well over 10MB if made in PNG as before. WebP can be displayed on iOS 14 or later.
