スクリーンの解像限界付近の周期的なパターンとパララックスエフェクトの動きが、モアレという縞模様を作る壁紙。重なり具合で縞が変化するので動いているように見えます。パララックスエフェクトは遠近感を付けるように画像を斜めに変形させるため、モアレの方向も変わります（iOS 13では変わりません）。また視差効果で動いた壁紙は動きが止まると中心に戻ろうとして勝手に動きます。そのためiPhoneを置いても数秒間は動きます。

Why?
These are the wallpaper that the pattern near the resolution limit of the screen and Parallax Effect movement causes stripes called moire. Since the stripes change due to the overlapping condition, it appears to be moving. Parallax Effect deforms the image diagonally so that it gives perspective, so the direction of moiré will change as well (No change on iOS 13) . Also, the wallpaper moved by the Parallax Effect moves itself to return to the center as the movement stops. So it will work for a few seconds, even if you put the iPhone.
