なぜ？
高さ1ピクセルで、ある程度の幅の壁紙では、背景がどんな色でもドックとフォルダが真っ黒になります（小さな壁紙特有の画像の荒れによるもの？）。
フォルダは背景から色を拾っているわけではないためか、小さな壁紙でも丸くなりません。

Why?
On 1px height and moderately width wallpaper, Dock and folders are black (The deterioration of the small image raises it?) on any color background.
Folders don't pick up the color. Then? They are not rounded even on the small image.
