なぜ？
ドックとフレームの接続部分がほぼ同じ色になるように調整した壁紙です。
ドックは（ほとんどのケースで）背景より明るくなります。ドックに合わせて背景を明るくしても、ドックはもっと明るくなります。しかし明るい部分が細ければ、周囲の色にも染められて同じ色になるポイントは存在します。
iPhoneは機種によってドックの発色が大きく違うことがあります。実験によってその差が小さくなりそうな背景色を選んでいます。
画面の上半分はドックに影響しないので色を変えられます。ただしコントラストが高くなるとiOSが画面を暗くしてトリックが効かなくなるため、下の方とあまり違う色は使えません。フォルダも背景につれて色が変わります。

Why?
These are the wallpapers adjusted so that the joint of Dock and the frame are almost the same color.
Dock is brighter than the background (in most cases). Even if the background is as bright as Dock, the Dock will become brighter. But if the bright parts are thin, the surrounding colors will also affect, and there will be points where they are the same color.
Depending on the model of the iPhone coloring of Dock may be very different. I chose background colors that will reduce the difference by experiment.
Since the upper half of the screen does not affect Dock, changing the color is fine. However, as the contrast increases, iOS darken the screen and the trick don't work, so colors that are not very different from those on the bottom are not good. As the folders change color as the background changes.
